Pilates with Purpose.

 

Pilates is for everyone, from elite and recreational athletes to those with musculoskeletal issues who want to help rid themselves of pain. Pilates is also for those who simply want to learn a safe and effective form of exercise that will strengthen your core and give you great flexibility.

 

I am experienced working with a wide variety of clients including rehabilitation patients, novice to intermediate/advanced clients, and pregnant clients.
